The successful candidate will be the Product Owner responsible for delivering the direction and priorities for the platform, promoting outstanding customer and user experience, and support growth in customer value and innovation within Home Buying Transformation.
This individual will be responsible for bringing expertise in identifying digital opportunities within our customer/user base, across our channels, our 3rd party partners and customer segments.
This is a high visibility role within Home Buying Transformation and a great opportunity to make a difference to our customers and users. It is a front facing role with lots of exposure to key business divisions and senior stakeholders.
There are no specific qualifications or minimum educational requirements needed for this role.
The Home Buying Transformation (HBT) team sits within the Home Buying function and supports our customers, colleagues and partners in Ireland.
In a changing market environment, where customers are increasingly expecting personalised, enhanced customer experiences, Home Buying Transformation is leading the charge through a proven continuous learning, continuous improvement methodology, which is continuously delivering via ongoing deployment cycles across our different technology and digital products.

This is a hybrid role and can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as Dublin. Travel will be required for in-person collaboration - exact frequency to be agreed with manager.
