The primary responsibility of the role is to drive the delivery pipeline for multiple Agile teams helping them deliver digital software solutions at pace and with high quality. You will ensure your teams are working on the right priorities, foresee and remove impediments to their work, manage their risks and keep them focused on their agreed delivery goals!
Empowering and supporting the team to adopt Agile values whilst creating a positive environment where self- accountability thrives. You will also contribute to sharing your experience and findings with Senior Management, helping to amplify our Agile capability and bring consistency in delivery approaches.
You will have strong proven experience and understanding of delivering complex digital projects using Agile delivery methods and equally comfortable navigating waterfall processes when needed. A solid understanding of technology delivery and trends mentoring others to be their best and leading when appropriate.
An expert in stakeholder management and forging relationships with others outside your team to enable you navigate complex delivery processes and organisational structures. Work independently and autonomously, managing workload and priorities and empowering others in their day to day activities.

The Scrum Master position is part of the I.T group within the Wealth and Insurance business unit. The team comprises a dynamic and dedicated mix of I.T professionals across the entire Software Delivery Lifecycle. The role will have a significant impact in managing our teams and deliveries across our primary customer facing digital applications.
This is a hybrid role and can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as Dublin. Travel will be required for in-person collaboration -exact frequency to be agreed with manager
