In this role, you will

  • Drive the Change & Release Management process, monitoring its efficiency, driving it's continuous improvement across all extrnal partners.
  • Ensure the process is performed asdesigned
  • Lead effective Service Governance across partners
  • Provide management information on IT service quality and delivery
  • Provide SME input andguidanceto Service Providers
  • Manageprocessexceptions

Your ability to understand and gain insight from technical information and data and translate it into simpler lanuage will also help you stnad out!

A high level of IT proficiency along with strong time management skills will enable you to handle sometimes conflicting priorities in a demanding environment.

Essential Qualifications

There are no specific qualifications or minimum educational requirements needed for this role.

  • Previous IT Service Management experience
  • Familiarity or part qualification of the ITIL Framework/Dev Ops/Agile methodologies
  • Ability to understand and gain insight from technical information and data.
  • Intermediate toAdvancedMS Office skillsessential

More about the team

Ourteamof 4, as a function within the larger Service Management Office,overseethe process for IT infrastructure and software deployments, carried out within the Bank's production environment, for Planned andEmergencyreleases.

The teammanagesthe FSC (Forward Schedule of Change) and the CAB (Change Advisory Board) Process, including the management of Change Related Incidents.

The teamworkvery closely together and are always available to support each other. Within the team there are manygreatopportunities tobuildgreatrelationships with many other colleagues and partners as we are central to many key strategic programmes withintheBankofIrelandGroup.

There isfantasticlocationflexibilityinthisrolewhich is a hybrid role which can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the primary office location in Bank Of Ireland ITC, Cabinteely, Dublin 18. Travel will be required for in-person collaboration - exact frequency to be agreed with manager.
