A high level of IT proficiency along with strong time management skills will enable you to handle sometimes conflicting priorities in a demanding environment.
There are no specific qualifications or minimum educational requirements needed for this role.
Ourteamof 4, as a function within the larger Service Management Office,overseethe process for IT infrastructure and software deployments, carried out within the Bank's production environment, for Planned andEmergencyreleases.
The teammanagesthe FSC (Forward Schedule of Change) and the CAB (Change Advisory Board) Process, including the management of Change Related Incidents.
The teamworkvery closely together and are always available to support each other. Within the team there are manygreatopportunities tobuildgreatrelationships with many other colleagues and partners as we are central to many key strategic programmes withintheBankofIrelandGroup.
There isfantasticlocationflexibilityinthisrolewhich is a hybrid role which can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the primary office location in Bank Of Ireland ITC, Cabinteely, Dublin 18. Travel will be required for in-person collaboration - exact frequency to be agreed with manager.
