We are looking for a proactive and customer focused individual to become part of our high preforming team of Mortgage Broker Specialist. This is a fast paced environment where your contribution will help deliver outstanding service and expert guidance to our panel of brokers at every stage of their customers mortgage journey. We're looking for a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities. You should be comfortable working independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative team culture. A hardworking and accountable approach, with a willingness to take ownership, is key to success in this role. A solid understanding of the mortgage industry and the Irish property market, including current trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. Proven experience and credit knowledge in packaging mortgage applications, particularly in complex scenarios.
Essential Qualifications
Home Buying sits within Retail Ireland and is responsible for the improvement and implementation of the strategy for mortgage loans in the Republic of Ireland, to include all aspects of mortgage markets, risk profile, returns, costs, fulfilment, servicing and market positioning.
We operate a hybrid model, offering a blend of home, Agile Hub, and office based working. While we will support flexibility, you will spend a portion of your week in the office to stay connected, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to team goals.
Please note you must live in the jurisdiction for the business to which you are contracted.
