You will be dealing with inbound and outbound telephone calls from our customers, supporting them in all aspects of their queries. The role will involve completing quality retention conversations & identifying new business opportunities working closely with other departments to ensure a top class Customer experience. Our team is looking to fill number of positions on either 12 or 18 month fixed term contract basis.
We are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking individual with a record of sales experience. An individual that exhibits the passion to adapt quickly in a changing environment and that exemplifies the importance of working together on a team will excel in this role!
You will require strong communication and an ability to follow through on customers queries while having a strong understanding of mortgage segments & experience in the mortgage/lending market.

Home Buying sits within Retail Ireland who play an integral part in the development and implementation of the strategy for mortgage loans in the Republic of Ireland, to include all aspects of mortgage markets, risk profile, returns, costs, fulfilment, servicing and market positioning. Direct Mortgages is a Business Unit within Home Buying. We are responsible for the delivery of Mortgages via inbound/outbound phone lines and online applications. Our Direct Mortgage specialist team is made up of hard working and driven people who like a laugh along the way.
We have a hybrid working model, with home, agile hub and office based options available. We will always list a primary location which can be where you go for in person collaboration, and a location where you can best perform your role.
Please note you must live in the jurisdiction for the business to which you are contracted.

The prime location for this role will be The Arena in Tallaght or Loughboy in Kilkenny but a level of WFH post training and will be available and can be discussed on the successful outcome of your application.
