Reporting to the Product Lead for Northern Ireland, this is an exciting opportunity to join the Everyday Banking Product & Solutions Team. You'll be responsible for enhancing our pricing and commercial capabilities across Current Accounts, Overdrafts, Cards and Business Savings to support our growth ambitions. Initially, we'll focus on Business Savings.
Location - successful candidate can be based in Belfast or London
Ideally, you will be of graduate calibre from a STEM background with Professional or Chartered Banker status or a willingness to work towards accreditation.
There are no specific qualifications or minimum educational requirements needed for this role.
The Everyday Banking business brings together all our direct-to-customer businesses in Northern Ireland and through our partnerships with the Post Office. The Products & Solutions team is a critical component of this business unit and exists to design and deliver market leading products that meet the everyday banking needs of personal and business customers.
The team is responsible for achieving great customer outcomes with products, services and experiences that truly meet the needs of our customers, within the framework of compliance and regulation. As the focal point of a critical range of activities and fields, the team is pivotal in our mission to transform the bank.
