Here’s what to expect:
The Four Key Stages

Application: Complete a quick online form on the Graduate website. You’ll need to upload your CV, which will helps us match you to the right programme stream!
Tips: Proofread your application carefully and make sure your CV is up-to-date. If you need an alternative way to apply, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate

Online Assessment: Next, you’ll complete online assessments that measure verbal and numerical reasoning, as well as alignment with our company values. We’ll send you all the details by email, including instructions, your login link, and a chance to do a practice run.
Tips: Find a quiet space, check your internet connection, and use the practice tests to build confidence!

Assessment Centre: This is the final stage, a group event where you’ll take part in activities and interviews with managers and colleagues from Bank of Ireland.
Tips: Be yourseld and engage with those around you! Don't be afraid to speak up when you have ideas or examples to share.
- Offer: If successful, you’ll receive an offer detailing which programme stream you’ve been matched to. While you can indicate your preferences during the application, suitability is assessed throughout the process, and we may suggest an alternative programme that fits your strengths.
