What is the opportunity?

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager - Mortgages to help us grow our business. This is an exciting opportunity to be the front of the company. You will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with introducers.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and introducer satisfaction
  • Ensure a regular calling plan is executed with your accounts to ensure visibility and support consistently
  • Arranging business development meetings with prospective introducers
  • Deliver a clear, decisive way of communicating to adapt solutions for different scenarios and objectives
  • Act as an internal liaison with key stakeholders to best support the Introducer journey and banks position within the market

What will make you stand out?

  • Must be experienced in dealing with Mortgage Intermediary products and introducers
  • Ability to work in London
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Comfortable with both Face to face and virtual meetings

This role is positioned within our Home Buying and Ownership team. As a Business Development Manager - Mortgages you will be field based taking responsibility for a number of key relationships in Central London. As the Business Development Manager - Mortgages you will be the first point of contact for introducers who are seeking information on the products and services Bank Of Ireland provides.
