The team's role is to manage a substantial portfolio of large value connections with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of relationship management and meeting clients' financing needs with continued excellence in credit risk management.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with a deputy manager and relationship manager to provide a top class service to high value clients. This is a chance to learn about the property market and will develop real estate lending skills and expertise that can help to progress your career. You will get to work as a member of a high achieving team that is targeting significant growth in its loan book.
Development and maintenance of good working relationships with clients, through the provision of friendly and efficient customer service.
Assisting in the production of term sheets, discussion documents, credit reviews and credit applications.
Construction and analysis of cash flow models
Supporting in the collation of management information reports
Contributing to the achievement of financial targets, risk management controls and compliance standards.
You possess strong communication skills - verbal and written.
Superb credit or report writing experience
Ability to analyse and interpret financial information.
Ability to deliver within timeframes while handling conflicting priorities.
You thrive on customer success.
While not crucial to apply the following would be a plus!
Business or corporate banking experience.
Credit evaluation skills, ideally in lending to the property sector.
Knowledge of accounting and law relating to banking and finance.
Understanding of the Bank's credit policy, processes systems and compliance requirements.
Experience in the provision of top quality customer service.
