This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for shaping the future product, pricing and customer experience strategy across Northridge Finance and Marshall Leasing. As Head of Product Management, you will own the full lifecycle of vehicle finance and leasing products, from proposition design and pricing frameworks through to governance and performance management.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead a multidisciplinary team covering product, pricing, analytics and customer insight. Acting as a key link between commercial, operational and enterprise functions, you will influence business?'wide strategy, drive data?'led decision making and ensure products deliver strong commercial performance alongside excellent customer outcomes. The role offers significant transparency and scope to shape the long?'term success of two established vehicle finance businesses.
The role can be based in Belfast, Bristol or London under a hybrid working model.
Product & Proposition Leadership
You will hold end?'to?'end ownership of the product portfolio, ensuring products are customer?'centric, well governed and deliver the intended outcomes by design. This includes developing new propositions, refreshing or retiring existing products and finding opportunities to support customer retention and cross?'sell.
Pricing strategy sits at the heart of the role. You will set and be responsible for pricing frameworks across retail, intermediary and corporate propositions, ensuring pricing remains competitive, market?'aligned and consistent with business values, volume ambitions and risk appetite.
You will champion data?'driven decision making across product and pricing, using analytics to balance commercial priorities, risk management and customer outcomes. This includes periodic reviews of pricing strategies, contribution to UK?'wide P&L thinking, and the translation of insight into practical actions that improve performance and customer value.
You will take ownership of how customers experience the business across the product lifecycle, using insight and feedback to improve journeys and outcomes. This includes responsibility for customer communication strategies, retention tools (particularly at intermediary level), and oversight of core customer platforms such as the Contact Management System.
The role acts as a key link with customer?'facing operations, including customer service and collections (from a customer, rather than financial, perspective). You will provide oversight of complaint trends, engage with Group complaints teams and represent the business at relevant Finance & Leasing Association operational and regulatory forums.
There are no specific qualifications or minimum educational requirements needed for this role.
This role operates across both Northridge Finance and Marshall Leasing and owns the integration of product, pricing, analytics and customer insight into a cohesive proposition strategy. The team supports product governance, market monitoring, customer experience measurement and the translation of pricing and analysis into effective intermediary and corporate bids.
This is a hybrid role, with the primary offices to be confirmed within the UK. We typically ask colleagues to spend a minimum of 8 days per month working in-person to support collaboration and connection. Specific arrangements will be confirmed by your recruiter to ensure they meet the needs of the role and team.
