What is the opportunity?

This role supports the creation of critical metrics, MI, and governance artefacts to be used across risk and resilience fora. Additionally, the role supports the preparation and delivery of resilience testing and lessons learned exercises.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain templates, artefacts and methodology collateral (including maintenance of Teams library)
  • Prepare MI and artefacts to be used during monthly Op Res Forum
  • Ensure reporting submissions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support the creation of responses to regulator requests
  • Support all Training, Education and Awareness Op Res initiatives
  • Maintain internal updates and Op Res comms, including SharePoint site
  • Support the development of testing strategy and delivery of scenario tests
  • Support the delivery of post exercise reports
  • Support input of relevant information to annual operational resilience self-assessment.

Held similar roles and/or has a good level of relevant experience

Demonstrable knowledge and experience in governance and resilience stress testing

Ability to handle projects, and lead in a cross-functional environment

Strong communication skills

Proactive, innovative, and adaptive mindset

Strong analytical and planning skills

Familiarity with UK regulatory frameworks and other relevant jurisdictional frameworks such as DORA.

Ensuring standardisation, quality, and best practices. Operational Resilience is a critical team leading risks to delivery stability, ensuring rapid recovery from disruptions. It serves as the first line for operational resilience, supporting the Group's Fit for the Future programme.

This is a hybrid role, based primarily at the office. We typically ask colleagues to spend a minimum of 8 days per month working in-person to support collaboration and connection. Specific arrangements will be confirmed by your recruiter to ensure they meet the needs of the role and team."
