What is the opportunity?

This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful relationships with small business and agri customers across Northern Ireland, while supporting growth for both your customers and the Bank. You will play a key role in delivering a responsive, relationship-led service, helping customers make informed financial decisions. With a strong focus on collaboration, you'll work closely with colleagues and intermediaries to maximise opportunities and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.

Location of the role - Belfast and across NI

In this role, you will:

- Build and manage long-term relationships with small business and agri customers, understanding their needs and providing clear, practical solutions
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities and making referrals to colleagues across the wider Bank
- Manage your customer portfolio, including preparing and submitting credit applications and monitoring associated risk
- Deliver a consistent and reliable service, taking ownership of customer outcomes and resolving queries effectively
- Work closely with the Senior Business Manager and team to maintain a positive, collaborative environment and support team performance

The Business Banking Growth team is a key part of the Northern Ireland franchise, focused on supporting local businesses to succeed and grow. We offer a range of financial solutions, including loans, asset finance, commercial finance and deposit products.

This is a hybrid role, based primarily in Belfast, with travel to business centres across Northern Ireland for collaboration and customer meetings. We typically ask colleagues to spend a minimum of 8 days per month working in-person to support connection and teamwork. Specific arrangements will be confirmed by your recruiter to ensure they meet the needs of the role and team.
