We are looking for an experienced Product Owner, who would be working with our development squads, building solutions that help businesses realise their objectives. The ideal candidate should share a passion for product ownership - managing roadmaps, managing stakeholder expectations, prioritising features, ability to manage feature priority with the ability and capacity of squads. The candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, as they will working closely with various stakeholders with varied skillsets and different capabilities.
The Enterprise Integration teams have a good mix of cross functional people spread across different locations and interact with various stakeholders on a regular basis. You will work with the business streams in identifying, gathering requirements and decomposing requirements into a well-defined/refined backlog
Working with the leadership, business streams and with other product owners, you will contribute to the overall business vision, translating the vision into a clear API roadmap of prioritised items. You will also be communicating the vision/roadmap to the agile squads.
You will drive the epic/user story creation, providing adequate description, capturing clear acceptance criteria, calling out dependencies - ensuring a well-groomed product/sprint backlog is available for the engineering team.
We are looking for candidates who have current experience working as a product owner (preferably in financial domain) with agile development squads. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
