This is an opportunity to work in a multifaceted, fast paced environment as a key member of the team responsible for providing high quality corporate governance, secretarial and advisory services to the Board of Band Of Ireland UK. Working in this environment will provide the right candidate with an opportunity to broaden and deepen their skills.
You will support the UK Company Secretary in delivering high standard governance and secretariat services to the Board and Board Committees of BOI UK.
A third level degree in a relevant field or relevant professional qualification, ideally ICSA.
The UK Company Secretarial team is responsible for providing company secretarial and governance support to the Chair of the BOI UK Board, the UK Board of Directors, and Board Committees in addition to various other Group subsidiary boards and committees. The team is responsible for coordinating, attending and minuting board and committee meetings, maintaining statutory records and ensuring that relevant documents are filed with Companies House within statutory timeframes.
This is a hybrid role, based primarily at Gresham Street, London. We typically ask colleagues to spend a minimum of 8 days per month working in-person to support collaboration and connection. Specific arrangements will be confirmed by your recruiter to ensure they meet the needs of the role and team.
