What is the opportunity?

This is an exciting opportunity to support the growth of New Ireland Assurance's corporate life and pensions business. As a Corporate Account Manager, you will partner with corporate brokers across Ireland, building trusted relationships and helping to grow a defined broker panel. You will act as a key point of contact, providing guidance, market insight and responsive support to help brokers meet customer needs and achieve shared commercial goals. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact while developing your expertise in a dynamic and competitive market.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and develop a portfolio of corporate brokers, working towards agreed sales and performance targets.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with brokers, supporting them to grow their business and deliver positive customer outcomes.
  • Promote New Ireland Assurance's range of life assurance, pensions and investment solutions, along with associated processes and ways of working.
  • Partner closely with internal colleagues to deliver a consistent, responsive and professional service experience for brokers and customers.
  • Keep up to date with market developments, customer needs and industry trends, while continuing to build your own knowledge and professional expertise.

What will make you stand out?

You will bring a minimum of five year's experience working with corporate brokers and a strong understanding of the financial services sector. You enjoy building relationships, working collaboratively and developing trusted partnerships that support long term success.

You will have in depth knowledge of the corporate broker market, along with a strong understanding of competitor products and the wider market landscape. This will help you identify opportunities, provide valuable insights and support brokers effectively in a competitive environment.

You communicate clearly and confidently, adapting your approach to different audiences and situations. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to lead competing priorities will help you perform effectively in this role.

You are comfortable working independently, take ownership of your work and respond positively to change. Familiarity with digital sales techniques and strong overall IT skills will support your success, alongside a proactive approach to learning, professional development and staying informed about industry developments.

Essential qualifications

Holding, or working towards, a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) qualification or another relevant professional qualification such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
