This is an exciting opportunity to support the growth of New Ireland Assurance's corporate life and pensions business. As a Corporate Account Manager, you will partner with corporate brokers across Ireland, building trusted relationships and driving growth across a defined broker panel. Acting as a key point of contact, you will support brokers with expert insight, responsive service and a clear focus on achieving shared commercial goals in a competitive market.
You bring a minimum of 5 years experience working with corporate brokers and a strong understanding of the financial services environment. You communicate clearly, build effective relationships and enjoy working in a target?'driven role. You are organised, lead priorities well and maintain strong attention to detail. Comfortable working independently, you take ownership of your work and adapt well to change. A proactive approach to learning and professional development will support your ongoing success.
The Corporate Sales team focuses on building long?'term partnerships with corporate brokers across Ireland. The team is experienced, collaborative and committed to supporting brokers across life assurance, pensions, pre?' and post?'retirement solutions and single premium investment products.
This is a hybrid role, based primarily at our Ballsbridge office, Dublin 4. We typically ask colleagues to spend a minimum of 8 days per month working in?'person to support collaboration and connection. Specific arrangements will be confirmed by your recruiter to ensure they meet the needs of the role and team.
