Join our First Line Financial Crime team and play a key role in helping protect the Bank and its customers from financial crime risk. The First Line Financial Crime team is responsible for identifying, assessing and managing financial crime risks across a range of business areas including BOIUK Retail and Commercial, NI Mortgages, Post Office and Northridge. The team provides specialist AML and customer due diligence expertise, supporting colleagues to make informed and risk-based decisions.
By combining oversight, guidance and constructive challenge, the team helps ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and the Bank's risk appetite. You'll join a supportive and knowledgeable team where collaboration, continuous learning and making a meaningful impact are valued.
This is a hybrid role, based primarily in Belfast. We typically ask colleagues to spend a minimum of 8 days per month working in-person to support collaboration and connection. Specific arrangements will be confirmed by your recruiter to ensure they meet the needs of the role and team.
