Ireland, Republic of Ireland | Hybrid
Permanent | Full time
Closing date: Jul 20 2026
This role offers a high impact opportunity for a Solution Architect to shape New Irelan's Wealth and Insurance technology landscape. You will design end to end end solutions across Policy Administration Systems, modernise legacy platforms, and ensure seamless alignment between business needs, governance frameworks, and technical delivery.
The position provides strong visibility with senior stakeholders and influence over long term architectural direction, integration strategy, and future ready transformation initiatives.
You'll bring strong experience in Policy Administration Systems, Life and Pensions, or broader Financial Services, along with the ability to design solutions that span both legacy and modern architectures. This role will suit someone who understands the wider group and IT landscape, communicates confidently with senior leaders, and can simplify sophisticated architectural concepts.
Experience delivering enterprise-level integrations or modernisation programmes will significantly enhance your impact, particularly where you've helped transition legacy systems into future ready architectures. Solid understanding of governance frameworks, enterprise banking platforms and modern integration patterns, such as API led design, event driven services or cloud based connectivity will be valuable.
You'll join a high energy, collaborative technology group working across wealth, insurance and Enterprise Banking Systems. The team plays a central role in New Ireland's integration and modernisation agenda, crafting how legacy platforms evolve into future state architectures and ensuring solutions meet governance, business and technical standards. You'll work closely with architects, engineers, governance specialists and business partners, contributing to solution assurance, architectural reviews and cross functional decision making.
This is a hybrid role, based primarily at our Ballsbridge office, with a minimum of 8 in person days per month to support collaboration and connection.
