What is the opportunity?

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Strategic Change team at New Ireland Wealth & Insurance and support the delivery of priority strategic initiatives. As a PMO Analyst, you'll gain end?'to?'end exposure to project and programme delivery across a varied change portfolio. You'll help shape how change is governed, tracked and reported, while building strong foundations in a fast?'paced, supportive environment. The role offers visibility, learning and the chance to contribute to work that directly supports our long?'term strategy.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide PMO support across projects and programmes to help deliver strategic change in line with agreed priorities and timelines.
  • Produce clear portfolio reporting, dashboards and management information, turning data into insights that support decision?'making.
  • Support governance by ensuring projects follow the Strategic Change Framework from initiation through to closure.
  • Assist with financial management, including budget tracking, forecasting and investment demand processes.
  • Work with project and programme managers to monitor risks, issues and dependencies, supporting early identification and mitigation.

You enjoy working with structure and detail, while keeping sight of the bigger picture. You're comfortable working with data and explaining what it means in a clear, practical way. You collaborate well with others, manage competing priorities and speak up early when something needs attention.

Experience with the following will help you stand out but is not required to apply for this role:

  • Working in a PMO, project coordination or change delivery environment.
  • Exposure to project delivery approaches such as Waterfall and Agile.
  • Using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA or Confluence.
  • Supporting budgets, forecasts or investment tracking.

Essential qualifications

A relevant third?'level qualification or equivalent professional experience, and a recognised project management certification (such as PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent).

The Strategic Change team delivers transformation programmes that enable New Ireland Wealth & Insurance's long?'term strategy. We work closely with senior stakeholders and delivery partners across the organisation, supporting initiatives that make a real difference to how we operate and serve our customers.

This is a collaborative, high?'performing team where learning, shared ownership and continuous improvement are valued. You'll gain strong exposure to senior leadership and a broad change portfolio, providing an excellent platform for development and progression.

This is a hybrid role, based primarily at our Ballsbridge office. We typically ask colleagues to spend a minimum of 8 days per month working in?'person to support collaboration and connection. Specific arrangements will be confirmed by your recruiter.
