What is the opportunity?

Starting from the intermediary interaction to dealing with the end customer and everything in-between. Please note this team work on a shift pattern basis and candidates need to be available to work evenings and weekends.

In this role you will -

• Ensure effective and corrective action is taken on all accounts in accordance with company procedure and Group Compliance Policy.
• Handle customer/dealer queries as they arise by telephone, correspondence, or email, in line with Group Policies.
• Lead and support customers/dealers throughout the complaint process
• Action outgoing calls by telephones to our customers, and provide a high level of service to customers, colleagues and intermediaries
• Be flexible in relation to working hours, we operate an out of hours service on a rota basis.
