Corporate Pensions is a new division created following the Wealth and Insurance strategic review, with a clear ambition to grow our Corporate Pensions business. This role leads all new business and commercial growth activity across the division. You will shape how we go to market, strengthen our presence with employers and advisers, and build a strong pipeline of opportunities. Your work will support the Group ambition to be the trusted market leader in Irish corporate pensions, improving financial wellbeing for employees and long term value for employers.
You are an experienced and inclusive leader with deep knowledge of the Irish corporate pension's market. You bring a strong commercial mindset, with the ability to turn strategy into practical outcomes that drive asset and revenue growth. You build trust easily with senior corporate partners and advisers through clear communication and good judgement. You are comfortable analysing market trends, competitor activity and performance data to inform decisions. You enjoy working collaboratively across teams and functions, and you are committed to developing people, encouraging enterprise wide thinking and fostering a positive risk culture where compliance, customer outcomes and long term profitability are considered together.
A Qualified Financial Advisor qualification and a relevant third level qualification are required for this role.
Corporate Pensions sits within the Wealth and Insurance area and builds on New Ireland's established success in the corporate pension's market. The team focuses on delivering modern, technology enabled solutions that help employers support their people and achieve better retirement outcomes. This is a hybrid role, based primarily in our Dublin office. We typically ask colleagues to spend a minimum of 8 days per month working in person to support collaboration and connection. Specific arrangements will be confirmed by your recruiter to ensure they meet the needs of the role and team.
