As an IT Engineering Lead, you will combine strong technical expertise with people leadership to shape modern engineering practices and deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers and colleagues.
This role focuses on delivering and growing our new digital banking platform while supporting and transitioning from legacy systems. You will simplify our technology landscape and help build a consistent, modern digital banking experience.

You will join the CDC Tribe, a team focused on transforming the digital experience for our corporate and commercial customers. The team's immediate priority is delivering and scaling a new digital banking platform, while continuing to support and transition from legacy systems.
This work is central to simplifying our technology landscape, reducing reliance on older platforms and streamlining customer journeys. The team values collaboration, learning and inclusive ways of working, creating an environment where people are supported to do their best work while building modern, resilient solutions.
This is a hybrid role, based primarily in Baggot Plaza, Dublin. We typically ask colleagues to spend a minimum of 8 days per month working in-person to support teamwork and connection. Specific arrangements will be confirmed by your recruiter to ensure they meet the needs of the role and team.
