In this role, you will:

  • Deliver on our Mortgage Targets & Key Performance Metric's.
  • Build Relationships & Networking opportunities with such areas as Underwriters, Operational Teams, Product Development, Branch Staff.
  • Support our Customers to thrive in their goal to have their dream home.
  • Work with a team who value a strong ethos of being Customer Focused, One Group One Team, Agile & Accountable.
  • Build positive relationships/networks with colleagues in the Branch Network and wider Retail to drive channel integration agenda.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service ethos by ensuring the delivery of a top quality service in tandem with achievement of customer satisfaction targets.

What will make you stand out?

We are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking individual with a record of sales experience. An individual that exhibits the passion to adapt quickly in a changing environment and that exemplifies the importance of working together on a team will excel in this role! You will require strong communication and an ability to follow through on customers queries while having a strong understanding of mortgage segments & experience in the mortgage/lending market. A good fit for our teams are those that show strong customer centricity, risk awareness, are self-motivated and enthusiastic!

Essential Qualifications

  • QFA is the preferred qualification however applications from individuals who hold APA Loans, Regulations and Savings & Investments will be accepted on the understanding, that, if successful at interview, they will commit to attaining QFA within 18 months of being appointed.

More about the team

Home Buying sits within Retail Ireland who play an integral part in the development and implementation of the strategy for mortgage loans in the Republic of Ireland, to include all aspects of mortgage markets, risk profile, returns, costs, fulfilment, servicing and market positioning. Direct Mortgages is a Business Unit within Home Buying. We are responsible for the delivery of Mortgages via inbound/outbound phone lines and online applications. Our Direct Mortgage specialist team is made up of hard working and driven people who like a laugh along the way.

After initial training this is a hybrid role, based primarily at Tallaght or Kilkenny. We typically ask colleagues to spend a minimum of 8 days per month working in-person to support collaboration and connection. Specific arrangements will be confirmed by your recruiter to ensure they meet the needs of the role and team.
