You will lead the development and evolution of our corporate pensions products and propositions for New Ireland, part of the Bank of Ireland Group, ensuring our products remain innovative, customer focused, commercially successful and aligned with the changing needs of employers and members. You will influence the future direction of retirement solutions, respond to major market developments including pension reform and Auto Enrolment, and help position New Ireland as a leading provider in pension provision.

  • Drive product innovation and market growth through customer insights, market analysis and industry developments
  • Own the full product lifecycle including design, pricing, positioning, performance monitoring, regulatory oversight and ongoing enhancements
  • Lead on the product commercials including ICAAP management, cost management, income generation and support on pricing.
  • Build strong partnerships across the business and external providers, working closely with Operations, Technology, Compliance, Sales, Marketing, investment partners and third-party suppliers to deliver product initiatives.
  • Lead and develop a high performing team of product specialists

What will make you stand out?

You bring extensive experience in Corporate Pensions, Workplace Savings and Employee Benefits, with a proven record of developing and managing pension products and propositions.

You possess deep knowledge of the pension landscape, including pension structures, pension investment solutions, legislation and regulation, IORPII requirements, product governance and commercial management.

You combine strategic thinking with strong commercial awareness and have successfully delivered product innovation, proposition development and business growth initiatives in a regulated financial services environment.

You can demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate and develop teams, creating an environment of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
