What is the opportunity?

This role offers the chance to shape our digital experience as we deliver major redesigns, a full platform rebuild and new Group wide UX guidelines. You'll improve journeys, enhance content and processes, and bring ideas to life through thoughtful, high quality design while working closely with supportive colleagues.

In this role, you will:

  • Create service blueprints, wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
  • Develop intuitive interaction and navigation models across digital journeys.
  • Communicate usability and accessibility standards with clear, evidence based rationale.
  • Present design strategies and high level concepts to senior partners.
  • Evaluate solutions through user research, testing and feedback.
  • Lead the design process and champion adoption of the design system.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
  • Support and mentor colleagues while continuing to grow your own skills.

What will make you stand out?

You'll thrive in this role if you bring strong user experience and design expertise, with hands on experience in user research, testing and turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Proficiency in Figma, including mock ups, wireframing and prototyping, will be advantageous, and awareness of WordPress is a welcome bonus. Experience working on websites, digital journeys or within a regulated environment adds real value. You'll feel confident contributing to major redesign projects, applying new UX guidelines and collaborating with colleagues of all backgrounds and experience levels.
