In this role, you will:

Lead the Product Vision: Define and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer needs, business value, and risk.

Drive Agile Delivery: Lead iteration planning, set SMART goals, and ensure your squad delivers high-quality outcomes.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with partners, engineers, risk, compliance, and leadership to align on strategy and execution.

Champion Continuous Improvement: Use retrospectives and feedback loops to adapt and evolve your squad's approach.

Achievements: Concentrate on delivering tangible results to guarantee each product iteration offers measurable value aligned with objectives and breakthroughs.

What will make you stand out?

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital product development, financial services, and customer-centric design.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and partner leadership skills.
  • A collaborative approach and a passion for innovation.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Agile certifications, such as the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or ICA, SAFe Certified Product Owner, can be beneficial but are not mandatory.
  • Practical experience, Agile expertise, and strong partner leadership skills.
  • Additionally, a demonstrated track record in Product Delivery is desirable
  • While holding Agile certifications is important, real-world expertise sets the best candidates apart.
