What is the opportunity?

Reporting directly to the Daily Liquidity Reporting Manager, the successful candidate will support the Cashflow Return team, a highly engaged and professional team of six colleagues, in the production of Regulatory Liquidity Returns. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our core reporting teams and develop a detailed understanding of key regulatory liquidity returns

In this role, you will:

  • Delivery of assigned Liquidity Reporting Product processes within agreed timelines that support the delivery of the following returns:
    • Daily LCR
    • Daily Wholesale funding report
    • Daily CBI Liquidity Return (Liq FR)
    • Daily Flash Balance Sheet
    • Daily Eligible Asset Report
    • Daily Liquidity Stress Testing
    • Weekly SSM Liquidity Templates
  • Develop a detailed understanding and working knowledge of all Liquidity Reporting processes and all Liquidity Regulatory returns.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of Regulatory returns and supporting analysis to Liquidity stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with the wider RRCO team to consistently deliver solution based approaches which support the achievement of business objectives (timely accurate reporting of Regulatory returns within a high control environment)
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Group Treasury, BoI Global Markets, BoI (UK) plc etc. to ensure awareness of funding strategies and/or initiatives for liquidity reporting purposes.
  • Initiate Liquidity Reporting process improvement and support wider RRCO/Group Finance/Group Treasury strategic projects and ad-hoc Regulatory requests.

What will make you stand out?

Have at least 2-3 years Regulatory Reporting/Treasury Reporting experience, ideally within a Banking environment;

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel) with a good working knowledge of VBA highly desirable;

Understanding of liquidity management, collateral management, Basel III/CRD/LCR DA and the wider regulatory environment;

Strong data manipulation & analysis experience;

Understanding/experience in the use of analytical tools (e.g. SAS, VB, SQL);

Strong knowledge of bank balance sheets and cashflow dynamics;

Demonstrated experience of delivery to tight reporting deadlines;

Ability to challenge constructively current processes and norms and provide objective insight and solutions to problems.

The Regulatory Liquidity Reporting team, within RRCO, is responsible for the reporting of liquidity and resolution data to the Group's Regulators and Supervisors, including the delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual returns, as well as the reporting of key liquidity and funding metrics to internal management, to facilitate their management and compliance to internal management and Regulatory limits.

This role primarily involves supporting the delivery of key liquidity reports within agreed timelines, including the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Liquidity Stress Testing (LST) and Weekly SSM Liquidity Templates (SLT) to the CBI and UK PRA within a controlled process.

This is a hybrid role, based primarily at the Dublin office. We typically ask colleagues to spend a minimum of 8 days per month working in-person to support collaboration and connection. Specific arrangements will be confirmed by your recruiter to ensure they meet the needs of the role and team."
